Regardless of whether a relationship is personal or professional, it is always difficult to permanently part ways with someone. Several wrestlers lost a good friend today.

Even though everyone is busy preparing for the upcoming MITB, Drozdov’s saddening departure stopped everyone who knew him right in their tracks. The man who went toe-to-toe with WWE greats like Dwayne Johnson walks among us no more. 


He was 54 years old. Even though he left WWE quite early, fans and his former colleagues didn’t forget him. After he took his last breath on Friday morning, Dwayne Johnson led the tribute to Twitter and gathered several fans and known personalities to express their condolences to the family. 


‘The Brahma Bull’ remembered the wrestler fondly and talked about the bond they shared outside the ring. Lance Storm, another retired WWE wrestler, joined ‘The Rock’ in commemorating the lost gem.
